The Hispanic Leadership Alliance was founded to engage with Hispanics and foster an awareness of community involvement through education, research and civic participation.  HLA's mission is to increase Hispanic participation in all levels of society, and ensure that Hispanics have a seat at the table.

Research is vital to understanding attitudes, opinions and demographic shifts within the Hispanic community. The Hispanic Leadership Alliance conducts research through a variety of mediums to promoted a better awareness and understanding of the Hispanic community.

HLA’s Voter Registration and Participation Program intends to strengthen the capacity, experience, and skills of Hispanics to encourage voter participation 365 days a year.
