The Hispanic Leadership Alliance operates as a nonpartisan, not for profit 501(c)(4) organization. 

 

Working through both community engagement and educational outreach efforts to Hispanics across Texas and the United States, HLA's mission is to increase Hispanic participation in all levels of society, and ensure that Hispanics have a seat at the table for this and future generations.
